Dear Sid,
Not only will I not be going back to England in May, I’ve finished what I want to read of Sorel & Pareto here. I have decided (prompted by money & the weather) to fly home on 21st April. Have you seen Alan Alding and/or Steve Putnam? I’ll keep in touch from Australia. Meanwhile, all the best & à ta bonne santé.

Dear Sid,
Your letter came after the next Heraclitus had “gone to press,” but we’ll put it in the next issue after that—sometime halfway through the year probably (we’re pretty slow & few in numbers now). Your line is interesting. We seek being non-coercive as one of our values; do you use the content (the values [illegible]) of what is to your advantage alone to distinguish your position from that of obvious “authoritarians”? Or if “freed from freedom” are we all equally authoritarians.
Harrington (bottom one) a little over 200 miles north of Sydney where I often am now.
Best wishes,
Jim Baker

Sid,
London was too dear except for a brief stay, & I had friends to meet in Paris & Portugal. The little Polly Maggoo bar in Paris played their Joe Hill record for us. (By the way, I forgot to write early that I read with interest your comments on Enoch Powell & your school.) This picture is of Black Horse Square where they killed off the King & Crown Prince in 1908. Unfortunately today’s rebels haven’t turned their attention to the motor cars, but the square looks empty—on Sunday.
Best wishes,
Jim Baker
